Gleaner Life Insurance Society is a nationally recognized tax-exempt fraternal beneficiary society (what’s this?) Our organization was founded on three principles:

As a fraternal beneficiary society, we find strength in brotherhood. We gather together to accomplish more than what we can do individually. All of our goals are guided by the Gleaner motto Prudens Futuri, which means “Thoughtful for the Future.”

Gleaner Life Insurance Society is owned and governed by its members. We have a representative form of government where our local Arbors elect delegates to Gleaner’s biennial convention. The delegates convene every other year to elect board members and discuss the state of Gleaner Life Insurance Society.

This form of government assures that leadership places a high priority on the best interests of every member.
