Gleaner Life Insurance Scholarship Foundation announces 2018 recipients

Gleaner Life Insurance Scholarship Foundation recently announced the 2018 recipients. This year, the foundation awarded $225,000 in competitive scholarships to 100 students. View the full list of recipients.

A panel of judges ranked all applications. Gleaner’s top 50-ranked benefit members received a one-time award of $3,000. Of the remaining 50 benefit members and eligible nonmembers, each received a one-time scholarship of $1,500. With help from our generous arbors and donors, the foundation has donated over $3 million to promising students since 1980.

Applications for the 2018-19 scholarships will be available beginning Dec. 1 at www.gleanerlife.org/scholarships.
