Gleaner announces Special Election results for Board of Directors
Gleaner Life Insurance Society recently held a special election to fill three board seats due to the cancellation of the Supreme Arbor meeting previously scheduled for October 2023. Only delegates registered and certified as 2023 Convention Delegates were eligible to vote in the special election. Election Source, a reputable third-party vendor responsible for managing the counting of ballots, certified the election on April 8. The three individuals who have been elected to serve on Gleaner Life Insurance Society’s Board of Directors are:

Allen D. Underwood

Gleaner’s Board of Directors seeks applicants for an open board seat
Gleaner Life Insurance Society is seeking applications from qualified members to fill an open board seat. The term of the seat ends in October 2025. If a board seat becomes open with more than nine months remaining in the term, the responsibility of filling the vacancy falls to the Board of Directors.
